Standard Warranty
12-month parts & labour warranty subject to maintenance contract being set up with K2 Heating and Cooling Limited within 3 months of installation date.
Manufacturer’s Warranty (Daikin & Mitsubishi Equipment)
- 7-year manufacturer-backed warranty
- First 12 months: includes parts and labour
- Remaining 6 years: parts only – labour chargeable at K2's standard rates
Warranty Terms & Conditions / Exclusions
- Commercial installations: Minimum of 2 service visits per year, carried out exclusively by K2 Heating and Cooling Solutions (no third-party servicing permitted)
- Domestic installations: Minimum of 1 service visit per year, carried out exclusively by K2 Heating and Cooling Solutions (no third-party servicing permitted)
- Warranty excludes malicious damage, user misuse, or tampering
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries, filters) are not covered
- Non-Daikin or non-Mitsubishi equipment is excluded from this warranty
Third-Party Components
All third-party materials (e.g., condensate pumps, isolators, trunking) are covered under a 12-month parts and labour warranty from the installation date.
Standard and Extended Warranty commences from date of original installation subject to manufacturers Terms & Conditions, available on request.
