Just because you’re at college studying on day release doesn’t mean that you’re not earning money. Earn as you learn then use your new talents to help our customers.
Yes you’ll be learning valuable skills that we’ll reward when you qualify. But you’ll also earn above minimum apprenticeship rates, as well as paid overtime, while you qualify.
We won’t be training you just for the sake of it. Unlike some businesses, our apprentices are always taken on with the view to full time employment. When we commit to young talent - we commit.
