Andrea is responsible for all procurement activities, including material sourcing, supplier management, and purchase order processing. She ensures competitive pricing, maintains accurate records, and supports site operations by coordinating deliveries, managing hire equipment, and processing orders.

Millie manages planned preventive maintenance (PPM) contracts, coordinating renewals, and reporting. Millie ensures that all PPM activities, documentation, and customer communications are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
