Since becoming the owner of a new three-story office building in 2016, KBS initially installed air conditioning only in the communal areas, leaving the meeting rooms with standard heating. This setup worked well for keeping the offices warm, but when summer arrived, it became apparent that it was not effective.

As the sun streamed through the windows, staff quickly found themselves overheating, prompting the KBS team to realise the need for a more effective cooling solution.

KBS turned to K2 Healing and Cooling Solutions for installation and maintenance. Our expert team designed and implemented a tailored air conditioning system for optimal cooling throughout the office. With our ongoing maintenance support, KBS now enjoys a consistently comfortable and productive work environment.

Having previously occupied an old 1860’s ex nunnery, in September 2013 the college moved to a new state of the art building next to Everton Park Sports Centre in Liverpool.

The new build scheme included a full building, hi-tech VRF air-conditioning system by the manufacturer Panasonic.
