The Brief
When is Air conditioning for dentists not just air conditioning for dentists? Answer: When it's an essential part of your CQV compliance too. Compliance that we must all take seriously.
There’s more. For example did you know that: HTM03-01 Paragraph 5.32 – Units employing an internal water reservoir and wick to promote evaporative cooling must not be used in healthcare premises? Or that it is a legal requirement that you hold valid TM44 Air Conditioning Assessments if any building has a total of more than 12kw of air conditioning present.
And CQC compliance too was certainly one of the main drivers behind New Mills Dental Practice deciding to install AC. Sure their air conditioning tops up the heating in the winter and makes unbearable summer temperatures bearable – pleasant even – a nice ambient temperature all year round, but the CQC compliance is of course vital.
