Which is why, when Sid's client Chef Byran Yuce was looking to open a new steak restaurant in Bolton, Beefalo Meat House, Sid instantly turned to K2.

Beefalo: Wall-mounted in limited ceiling void space, ceiling cassettes in open ceilings with services on show. Extraction and fresh air supply for kitchen areas.
The Solution
Already hugely successful in Liverpool with Macello Meathouse, and Kassap Meathouse, popular with LFC players Mo Salah and Sadio Mane, Sid and Chef Yuce knew that only a 5-star dining experience would do.
And that's exactly what K2 delivered.
A converted 19th-century school building featuring a downstairs restaurant/cafeteria and first floor fine dining space, nothing was going to get in the way of an expert installation. Not even the tightest, trickiest of ceiling spaces. Says Sid, "They did all the air conditioning - upstairs and downstairs, the cooler rooms and fridges. Everything to do with AC and refrigeration."
That's eight wall-mounted systems and six ceiling cassettes in total, plus extraction and fresh air supply for kitchen areas. "They know where I'm coming from and know the type of work I expect. Their communications and timelines are really clear too which is important"
