One instance of a project we completed was at a local office block – AI Solicitors. The accident claim solicitors required two Daikin ducted units in the office areas. Being in separate rooms, the air conditioning may sometimes be required to function at different temperatures and so our engineers got to work and installed the units on split systems. This ensures that the temperature can be modified for one unit but does not affect the other, ensuring optimum comfort for people in both spaces. This was all made possible by our experienced engineers’ impeccable craftwork, linking each component with a network of ducting.
Another example involved a much larger and complex system, as K2 was recruited to install air conditioning at Crack It, a Bolton-based ‘escape room’. The plans included 4 ‘roundflow ceiling cassettes’, 3 concealed ducted and 4 wall-mounted units, in various locations around the building. All of which were on inverter systems and supplied by Daikin. Further to this, we provided two VAM1000 Heat Recovery Units and installed ventilation to 3 toilets. In total the contract was worth £30,500. The described works, although complex, were all concealed neatly above ceiling and hidden from the public eye. This was vital in order to maintain the mysterious and spooky vibe of the facility.
